In the last almost 4 years during the evaluation process, IUCAB and its Member Associations introduced arguments on various levels in order to provide a legal certainty for agency agreements between commercial agents and their principals.

The lobbying was efficient and successful and the distribution channel via commercial agencies has been maintained.
